If your phone cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. If you know how to configure the router, it is recommended to first try resetting the router, regardless of whether other devices can connect to it in normal;
2. The phone uses DHCP for network connection by default. If you haven't changed the connection method, ensure that the router's DHCP service is enabled;
3. Verify that the wireless network SSID is in English characters;
4. If other devices can connect to Wi-Fi, check if there is any third-party security software installed on the phone. Try uninstalling it and then restarting the phone to see if it resolves the issue;
5. Go to [Settings] >> [More connectivity options] >> [Reset Wi-Fi, mobile networks, and Bluetooth] >> [Reset settings]. Restart the phone after resetting, and then try connecting again;
6. Please back up your data, and perform a factory reset. Upgrade to the latest system version, and then try connecting again;
7. If your router has MAC address filtering enabled, add your device's MAC address to the whitelist. In newer versions, the phone defaults to using a random MAC address for Wi-Fi connections to protect your information. If MAC address filtering is set, go to the WLAN interface, tap the arrow on the right side of the Wi-Fi you want to connect to, select [Use Device MAC] under [Privacy], and add the device’s MAC address to the whitelist.
If the above methods do not resolve the issue, it is recommended to visit the after-sales service center for further inspection.
