If you forget the password of your watch/smart band, here are the troubleshooting steps for your reference:
1. Open the Mi Fitness APP >> navigate to [Device] >> tap [Set password] >> you can turn off password or change password;
2. If the device does not support password management via the APP, you can unpair the device from your phone. Scroll down on the [Device] interface to tap [Unpair] to reset the device (make sure the device is connected to unbind; otherwise, it won’t reset). After the reset, you can re-add the device.
