If the Xiaomi Water Purifier is unable to produce purified water, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check if the power connection is normal. If the device is not plugged in, please plug it in and try again;
2. Check if the three-way ball valve and purified water faucet are open. Please open the three-way valve and purified water faucet, then try again. Also, check if the household water supply is normal;
3. Check if the filter cartridges are installed correctly. Follow the instructions in the user manual to properly install all filter cartridges. Try re-inserting them a few times to see if the issue is resolved;
4. Check if the filter cartridges have reached their replacement cycle;
5. Check if the tap water temperature exceeds 38°C;
6. Turn on the tap and observe if the water flow is low. You can also contact property management to test if the tap water pressure is low;
7. Check if the wastewater (gray) pipe is bent. Straighten the wastewater pipe and avoid any bends;
8. Check if the faucet drain pipe is bent. Ensure that the faucet drain pipe is not bent;
9. Check the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP for any fault notifications (at the same time, the device’s fault indicator will remain in orange);
10. If none of the above issues are present, try unplugging and replugging the power, and re-installing the filter cartridges multiple times to see if the water production resumes.
If the issue persists after trying the above steps, please contact the after-sales service center for further inspection.
