If your phone's Bluetooth cannot transfer data, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. For Bluetooth file sharing, first ensure that both devices are paired and connected. If they are not paired, make sure both Bluetooth are turned on and set to be discoverable or visible;
2. If the distance between the two devices exceeds the effective Bluetooth range, the transfer will fail. Try to keep the devices within the effective range and retry;
3. If the recipient device does not respond for a long time while sending files, the transfer will be terminated;
4. Not all file formats are supported for Bluetooth transfer (e.g., APK files cannot be transferred). After multiple attempts, suggest changing the file extension to .mp3 or .txt for transfer. Once successful, the file extension can be changed back to the original;
5. If the recipient device’s Bluetooth does not support the file type being sent, the transfer will fail. Confirm the file types supported by the recipient device before transferring;
6. If there is an issue with file transfer or the file is too large, and the phone does not have enough memory or the transfer time is too long, the transfer will fail. Try splitting the file into smaller parts for transfer;
7. If you are connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, Bluetooth, which operates on the 2.4GHz frequency, can experience interference. Suggest turning off the Wi-Fi and retrying. If both the phone and router support 5GHz Wi-Fi, recommend switching to the 5GHz frequency;
8. Check for magnetic fields that can interfere with Bluetooth connections, such as around ferromagnetic materials. Change the environment if necessary;
9. If changing the environment does not resolve the issue, you can inspect the Bluetooth connection with another phone to see if the problem persists. This will help determine if the issue is with the phone;
10. If the problem is still unresolved, you can back up your phone data (such as contacts, messages, and photos) and perform a factory reset to rule out system issues.
If none of the above solutions resolve your issue, please contact the local after-sales service center for further assistance.
Note:
1. You need to notify the recipient to accept the file promptly after sending the files;
2. Given the inefficiency and compatibility limitations of Bluetooth transfer compared to other methods, it is recommended to use the local network or OTG methods for file transfers.
