If you experience noticeable lag while typing, and encounter issues such as touch screen drift or inaccurate positioning when swiping, you can refer to the troubleshooting methods below to resolve the problem:
1. First, check if the phone screen has any cracks or water damage. If there is physical damage, it will require paid repair services from the after-sales support;
2. Verify if you are using any third-party cases or protective films. Third-party accessories can affect the phone's normal functionality;
3. Ensure your fingers are dry. If they are sweaty or wet (e.g., after playing sports), wipe them or the screen before trying again;
4. If the issue occurs while the phone is connected to a charger or power source, it is due to unstable voltage or the use of a non-original charging adapter. It is recommended to use the original power cable and charger and to charge in a more stable voltage environment before trying again;
5. Check if the screen becomes unresponsive only when using a specific APP. If so, the problem is due to the APP data issues or incompatibility. Try uninstalling the APP and then reinstalling it from the Google Play Store;
