1. Check if the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP has the video volume turned on, as it is set to off by default. You can enable the volume through the monitoring interface in the APP. If the volume is low, try increasing your phone’s volume;
2. Check if the camera's microphone is blocked by the outer shell, as this will affect sound quality;
3. If you experience background noise in the real-time monitoring video, try moving your phone further away from the camera to minimize interference. Additionally, avoid placing the camera near electronic devices like refrigerators or microwaves, as these can produce unwanted noise that disrupts the audio quality;
4. If the problem persists, please contact the after-sales service center for further assistance.
