How to activate workout modes on the Redmi Watch 5 Lite?

The Redmi Watch 5 Lite supports more than 160 workout modes.
To activate workout modes on the watch, please refer to the following steps:
1. Open the Workout application or widgets, select the desired sport, and tap [GO] to start;
2. After the sport starts, the watch will display the exercise data;
3. During the exercise, you can pause or end the exercise by pressing the power button.
Note: 
1. If the exercise time or distance is too short, the watch will prompt you that the workout distance/time is too short to record;
2. Sports such as running need to wait for the watch to successfully obtain the location of the mobile phone before turning it on, otherwise, the movement track will be abnormal.
