By measuring your stress on the watch, it can help you become more aware of your stress levels and take proactive steps to improve your overall health status.
To check the stress data, please refer to the following methods:
Method 1:
After wearing the watch normally, open the stress application on the watch to view the stress data.
Method 2:
In the [Stress] section of the Mi Fitness APP, you can check the stress curve of day, week, month and year, the maximum, minimum, average stress and other information, and do some decompression activities to relieve pressure through analyzing the data.
Note:
1. Stress data is dependent on the heart rate data. When continuous heart rate monitoring is turned off, stress data will not be displayed normally. Please ensure correct wearing and turn on the continuous heart rate monitoring;
2. When strenuous exercise or moderate and high-intensity activities are frequent, the accuracy of stress data evaluation will be affected to some extent;
3. The Redmi Watch 5 Lite is not a medical apparatus. The measure results and suggestions are for reference only.
