The Redmi Watch 5 Lite supports the breath training feature, which helps regulate heart rate, relax and relieve stress. Regular deep breathing is helpful for health.
To use the Breath training feature on your watch, please refer to the following steps:
1. Open the breath training application and you can choose 1-5 minutes and the appropriate speed for breath training according to your needs;
2. Please keep your wrist stable and follow the breathing animation on the watch screen to take deep breaths;
3. After the breath training, you can see the comparison of your heart rate before and after the breath training.
