How to view the sleep data monitored by the Redmi Watch 5 Lite?

The Redmi Watch 5 Lite supports full sleep monitoring, including both long sleep and short naps. Sleep monitoring will only show the sleep REM under continuous heart rate monitoring. After wearing the watch normally at night to fall asleep, the watch can automatically recognize the sleep status through built-in sensors.
To view the sleep data, please refer to the following methods:
1. You can slide left or right on the watch face to enter the sleep widget to view the sleep data from last night. Tap to enter the application to view more information;
2. Tap the sleep icon in the application list to view the sleep data of the day;
3. After the watch is connected to the mobile phone to synchronize the data, tap the [Sleep] section in the home interface of the Mi Fitness APP to view historical sleep data, including day, week, month, and year. You can also view the daily sleep period, the proportion of deep sleep, light sleep, rapid eye movement, and awake sleep, as well as detailed sleep status at each time point.
Note:
1. There is a delay in the generation of sleep reports. If the sleep function is turned on immediately after waking up, there will be no sleep report for the time being;
2. The watch only retains the sleep data of last night. Please synchronize the data to the Mi Fitness APP in time to avoid the loss of data.
