After the measurement process of heart rate, detailed heart rate data will be generated, allowing you to track trends and identify peak values through which you can realize your health level timely.
For your reference, here are two ways to view your heart rate data:
Method 1:
1. Slide left or right on the watch face to view the heart rate widget, which can display the real-time heart rate, and some watch faces can also display data such as heart rate in real-time;
2. Open the heart rate application on your watch;
3. Within this application’s interface, slide down to view the heart rate range. The average resting heart rate, the highest resting heart rate, and the lowest resting heart rate in the past 30 days.
Method 2:
1. Ensure that your watch is connected to your phone;
2. Open the Mi Fitness APP on your phone;
3. On the homepage of the APP, slide down and tap the heart rate section;
4. Within the heart rate section, you can view daily, weekly, or monthly heart rate records. You can also check your heart rate data summary here, including maximum, minimum, average and resting heart rate.
Note:
When detecting the heart rate, please make sure that the watch is facing up. The heart rate detection area is attached to the wrist. It is best to press the watch surface lightly to increase the fit with the wrist.
