Schedule synchronization is only supported by the MIUI calendar and iOS calendar. It can only synchronize the schedule for the next seven days.
If your watch cannot synchronize the mobile phone schedule, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure that your watch is properly connected to your phone via Bluetooth;
2. Supported models need to turn on the sync events switch in the Mi Fitness APP. Go to the APP >> [Device] >> turn on [Sync events];
3. Ensure that both your watch's firmware and your phone's APP are up to date;
4. Verify that the Mi Fitness APP has all the necessary permissions, such as access to your phone’s calendar and notifications;
5. Restart both your phone and your Redmi Watch 5 Active.
