How to wear the Redmi Watch 5 Lite properly?

To wear the watch properly and more comfortably, please refer to the following guidelines:
1. Wear the watch to about one finger away from the wrist bone and adjust the tightness of the strap to ensure that the heart rate sensor can collect data normally;
2. During exercise, wearing should not be too loose or too tight to ensure that the watch does not slide up and down on the wrist, otherwise, it will affect the accuracy of heart rate sampling;
3. For daily use, the strap can be slightly relaxed to ensure a comfortable experience of skin ventilation. After wearing it continuously for a long time, the watch can be removed and the wrist can rest for about half an hour;
4. After exercise, clean and wipe the sweat on the arms and the strap. Clean and dry it before wearing it;
5. The watch can be worn on the left or right hand, which does not affect the normal sampling of sports and health data. The data monitoring effect is consistent, and you can choose to wear it according to your usage habits.

The watch does not have the function of selecting the wearing mode of left hand or right hand.
