1. Check if the charging case has power. If the earbuds haven’t been used for a long time and the battery is depleted, the indicator light will not turn on until the case is charged for a while;
2. Inspect the charging contacts on the earbuds and the charging pins inside the case for dirt, deformation, or damage. Remove any protective films and clean any dirt to ensure proper contact;
3. Try resetting the earbuds. Place both earbuds in a fully charged charging case, and press and hold the case’s button for 10 seconds (the indicator will blink slowly 3 times). After resetting, the earbuds will enter pairing mode;
