What to do if the Redmi Watch 5 Active cannot receive the APP notifications reminder?

If the APP notifications do not remind you on the watch, please check as follows:
1. Check whether the connection state between the watch and the mobile phone is normal, and confirm that the mobile phone has been paired and is in the Bluetooth connection state;
2. Check whether the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on, please turned off this mode;
3. Confirm that the Mi Fitness APP has correctly opened the notification reading permission. If it is the latest system of Xiaomi mobile phone, you need to open the permission: Go to [Settings] >> [Security& privacy] >> [More security & privacy] >> [Special permissions] >> [Device & app notifications] >> [Mi Fitness] APP >> turn on [Allow notification access];
4. Check if the current application information can be correctly displayed in the notification bar of the mobile phone. If it is not displayed, please turn on the notification management authority on the mobile phone of this application. Take Xiaomi's latest mobile phone system as an example: Go to [Settings] >> [Notifications & status bar] >> [App notifications] >> turn on the [Mi Fitness] toggle;
5. Check the message notification that the application is opened in the Mi Fitness APP. The setting method: Mi Fitness APP >> [App notifications] >>  turn on [App notifications];
6. Restart or reset the watch, then bind it again;
To turned on the notification permission on the iOS phone:
1. Go to [Settings] >> [Bluetooth] >> tap [Exclamation Mark] >> Turn on [Sharing System Notification];
2. Go to [Settings] >> [Notifications] >>[Show Previews] >> select [Always].
Note:
When the mobile phone is in the chat interface, the chat message will not be pushed to the watch.
