If your watch cannot be bound, please refer to the following methods for troubleshooting:
1. Exit the Mi Fitness APP and turn off the Bluetooth to reopen the binding attempt;
2. If the watch cannot be found in the Mi Fitness APP, you can put your watch close to your mobile phone or go to a place with fewer Bluetooth devices to search and add it again;
3. If it is still not searched, check whether there is watch information in the Bluetooth settings of the mobile phone, clear the Bluetooth pairing information of the watch, and then enter the Mi Fitness APP to add the device again.
Android system: Go to [Settings] >> [Bluetooth] >> select [Redmi Watch 5 Active] >> [Unpair], and then add the watch to bind;
iOS system: Go to [Settings] >> [Bluetooth] >> select [Redmi Watch 5 Active] >> [Forget this Device], and then add the watch to bind;
4. Try to restart the watch or mobile phone and reset the watch to change the environment.
