What to do if the Redmi Watch 5 Active fails to update?

If your watch fails to update, please refer to the following steps to solve the issue:
1. If the Mi Fitness APP or the watch prompts that the upgrade fails, please try to restart the watch and upgrade again;
2. Place the watch on the charger and wait until the battery is above 20% before attempting the upgrade again;
3. Reset the watch and try to upgrade after re-pairing;
4. Try using a different phone to re-bind and upgrade;
5. If the watch fails to power on after an upgrade failure, please contact the after-sale service center for assistance.
