What to do if the application notification of the Redmi Watch 5 Lite does not remind?

Please refer to the following methods for troubleshooting:
1. Check whether the connection state between the watch and the mobile phone is normal, and confirm that the mobile phone has been paired and is in the Bluetooth connection state;
2. Check whether the watch has turned on the Do Not Disturb mode;
3. Check whether the notification permission for the Mi Fitness APP is allowed. Take a Xiaomi smartphone with the Xiaomi HyperOS system as an example, you need to open the permission: [Settings] >> [Apps] >> [Permissions] >> [Permissions] >> [Notifications] >> turn off and turn back on the switch of the Mi Fitness APP;
4. Check that the current application information can be correctly displayed in the notification shade of the mobile phone. If it is not displayed, please turn on the notification management authority on the mobile phone of this application. Take a Xiaomi smartphone with the Xiaomi HyperOS system as an example: [Settings] >> [Notifications & Status bar] >> [App notifications] >> turn on the switch of the Mi Fitness APP;
5. Check whether the notification function of the watch is turned on in the Mi Fitness APP. Please go to Mi Fitness APP >> [App notifications];
6. Restart and reset the watch and bind it again.
To check whether the notification permission on the iOS device is turned on, please refer to the following methods:
Method 1:
[Settings] >> [Bluetooth] >> tap the exclamation icon beside the device >> turn on [Share System Notifications].
Method 2:
[Settings] >> [Notifications] >> [Show Previews] >> change to [Always].
Method 3:
[Settings] >> [Notifications] >> select the specific application >> turn on all switches >> change the [Show Previews] option to [Always].
Note:
When the mobile phone is in the chat interface, the chat message will not be pushed to the watch.
