If your robot vacuum does not collect dust or clean properly, please refer to the following methods to troubleshoot:
1. Ensure that the omni station is powered on and that the dust cabinet cover is properly closed and the disposable bag is securely installed when dust collection is in progress;
2. Check if the disposable bag is full. If so, replace it and try again;
3. Inspect the dust collection ports on the robot vacuum and the omni station, as well as the dust compartment, for any blockages. Clear any obstructions before using;
4. Verify in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP that automatic dust collection is enabled. If it's off, turn it on and try again;
5. Check if the charging contacts are dirty. Clean them with a dry tissue if necessary;
6. If there is a high amount of dust in your home, it is recommended to set the dust collection frequency to every cleaning session.
