Why can't the Redmi Watch 5 Active receive incoming call notifications?

Please check if the Bluetooth is connected.
If you are using an iOS phone, please ensure that there are two identical Bluetooth names listed as connected in the Bluetooth settings. If you are using an Android phone, please verify that the phone calls switch in the Bluetooth connection list is turned on.
Please check if the watch is in any of the following modes:
1. Do Not Disturb mode is enabled;
2. Do Not Disturb synchronization is on, and the mode is activated on the phone;
3. Sleep mode is activated;
4. The watch is not being worn, and the reminder switch is set to notify only when worn.
If any of these conditions apply, the watch will not receive notifications for incoming calls.
