Why does the Xiaomi 14 heat up when running benchmarking APPs?

To achieve optimal performance and benchmark scores, temperature control measures are relaxed to some extent during benchmarking scenarios. Therefore, it will get warmer compared to regular usage. However, temperature control is still ensured to guarantee safe usage under such conditions. Please rest assured when using it.
Note:
The temperatures displayed by benchmarking APPs are CPU temperatures, which are related to the phone's workload. It is normal for the CPU temperature to exceed 50/60/70/80 degrees Celsius during normal phone usage. The temperature on the surface of the phone is similar to the battery temperature, and there is a significant difference between the CPU temperature and the surface temperature. The CPU temperature does not represent the overall phone temperature.
The Xiaomi 14 is equipped with intelligent temperature control, which adjusts the CPU's maximum load according to different scenarios. It has undergone rigorous inspection before leaving the factory, so you can use it with confidence.
