Why do the power button/volume keys on the Xiaomi 14 shake up and down, or occasionally make a crisp sound?

Each device undergoes thorough inspection with professional instruments before leaving the factory to ensure both tactile response and functionality of the buttons.
To prevent buttons from sticking or malfunctioning during use, we have designed the buttons and the shell with a certain degree of clearance. Therefore, occasional crisp sounds from the buttons during device movement are normal. This sound, along with slight movement, will not affect your normal usage.
