The battery of the Redmi Note 13 drains fast

If your Redmi Note 13 is experiencing rapid battery drain and there hasn't been a significant temperature drop, please follow these steps to address the issue:
1. Ensure your phone’s system is updated to the latest version via the Settings APP, as updates often enhance battery performance;
2. Review the power consumption ranking of apps and hardware by navigating to [Settings] >> [Battery] >> check the ranking;
3. Clear the cache that consumes more processing efficiency and power APPs by pressing the APP icon and selecting [Clear data];
4. Turn off Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and background data for apps when they're not in use by going to [Settings] >> [More connectivity options] >> [Reset Wi-Fi, mobile networks, and Bluetooth];
5. Close all apps and monitor how long the battery drains from 100% to the charging prompt. A duration of a day and a half is considered normal;
6. If possible, activate Airplane mode overnight. The standby mode normally consumes about 10% of power per night, compared to only about 2% in Airplane mode. If power consumption is regular in Airplane mode, your battery is likely fine;
7. If the problem persists after these steps, consider performing a factory reset ([Settings] >> [About phone] >> [Factory reset]). Please back up your data before doing this;
If the issue continues after trying these solutions, it may be a hardware problem. Please contact your local after-sales service center for further assistance.
