If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Pro fails to update the firmware, please follow these steps:
1. When updating the firmware, the robot vacuum needs to be in the omni station and the battery level must be greater than 15%;
2. Ensure that your Wi-Fi connection is stable and working properly. A poor connection can interrupt the firmware update process. If your home network is unstable, try using a mobile hotspot;
3. Restart the robot vacuum and try the firmware update again;
4. Ensure that you have the latest version of the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP installed on your smartphone;
5. As a last resort, perform a factory reset of the robot vacuum and attempt the update again. Please note that this will erase any customized settings.
