What to do if the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Pro cannot be charged normally?

If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Pro cannot be charged normally, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. It takes about 6.5 hours to charge the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Pro from low power to full power. Please wait patiently;
2. When used in high or low-temperature environments, the robot vacuum will automatically reduce the charging speed to extend the battery life, which is a normal phenomenon;
3. Ensure that the omni station is plugged into a working power outlet. Check the outlet with another device to confirm that it is functioning;
4. Check for any visible damage or loose connections on the robot vacuum or station. Examine the charging cable for any signs of damage or fraying;
5. Please wipe the charging spring and charging electrode with a dry cloth to remove any dust or debris that is interfering with the connection;
6. Ensure that the robot vacuum is properly aligned on the station. Misalignment can prevent the robot vacuum from making a good connection with the station.
