How to submit feedback or log through the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP when using the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max?

You can submit feedback on the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max for performance issues, error messages, connectivity problems, battery concerns, software bugs, and feature malfunctions.

1. Open the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP >> choose the [Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max] card >> tap three dots at the upper right corner >> [Help & Feedback] >> fill in the problem description, attach a video or image if necessary >> [Submit log];
2. Open the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP >> [Profile] >> [Help & Feedback] >> select [Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max] >> fill in the problem description, attach a video or image if necessary >> [Submit log].
