Why does the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro indicate that the fingerprint unlock attempt limit has been reached?
Thank you for your support of Xiaomi products. After undergoing rigorous inspection and verification, the fingerprint recognition system should work reliably. However, if both facial recognition and fingerprint are used, the system can not reset fingerprint attempt counts if facial recognition is used to access the device. Failed fingerprint attempts will continue to accumulate until reaching the limit of 5, or until a successful password or fingerprint unlock occurs, which will then reset the count. To avoid reaching the maximum number of failed attempts, it is recommended to use the enrolled fingerprints for unlocking or disable facial recognition to prevent this issue.
