What are the functions of the reset button on the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Pro?
The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Pro comes with a reset button, which is located next to the Wi-Fi indicator. Open the cover of the robot vacuum so that you can see the reset button.
For your reference, there are two functions of the reset button:
1. The first function is restoring the robot vacuum to factory settings. Please press and hold the reset button for three seconds to perform a factory reset. This will erase all custom settings and configurations, returning the robot vacuum to its default state. So please remember to back up any important settings before factory reset;
2. The second function is forcing the robot vacuum to turn off. You can press and hold the reset button for ten seconds to turn it off forcefully. This can be useful if the vacuum is unresponsive and you need to power it down immediately.
Note:
The reset button is recessed to prevent accidental presses. You need to use a nipper or a toothpick to press this button.
