Why doesn’t the Xiaomi magnetic power bank charge the phone while showing a normal wireless indicator?

For your reference, here are several reasons for this issue:
1. The Xiaomi magnetic power bank is specifically designed to wirelessly charge iPhone 12 and above. If you are trying to charge a phone model that is not compatible with magnetic wireless charging, it will not work properly, even if the indicator light is on. Check the compatibility of your phone model to ensure it supports magnetic wireless charging;
2. Ensure that your phone is correctly aligned and fully adhered to the power bank. If the phone is not properly positioned, the charging coils will not be aligned, which can prevent charging despite the indicator showing normal operation;
3. Phone cases or other obstructions can interfere with the charging process. Make sure there are no metal objects or thick phone cases between the phone and the power bank. Non-metallic cases should be thin enough to allow for efficient wireless charging;
4. There could be an issue with either the power bank or the phone's wireless charging receiver. Try using the power bank with another compatible device to check if it works. Similarly, try charging your phone with a different wireless charger to see if the issue persists;
5. If either the power bank or the phone is overheating, the charging process will be interrupted to protect the device. Make sure both devices are in a cool environment and not performing intensive tasks while charging.
