Please refer to the following information for troubleshooting:
1. Please check whether your phone or the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo is fully charged;
2. If the distance between the phone and the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo or between the two earphones is too far or there is an obstacle blocking the signal (such as a wall), there will be problems with intermittent sound or noise. Keep the phone close to the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo, or keep the two earphones closer, and avoid signal blocking;
3. If there is signal interference in the usage environment, you can try using it in other environments;
4. Reset the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo, delete the connection records of the mobile phone, restart the phone and then pair again. If there is still intermittent sound or noise, change another mobile phone to test. If the problem still exists, please ask for after-sales service.
