What to do if the Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker Mini cannot reconnect?

If the Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker Mini has a connection record, the speaker will automatically reconnect to the most recently connected device.
If it cannot reconnect, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. When the phone and speaker are too far apart, you can not be able to reconnect the speaker. Please try to bring the phone and speaker closer;
2. After the speaker is turned on or the phone is out of the Bluetooth distance, re-enter the connection distance within 3 minutes to reconnect. If more than 3 minutes have passed, it cannot be reconnected;
3. If the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on and off again while the speaker is reconnecting, it will cause the reconnection to fail. At this time, you can restart the speaker and reconnect;
4. If the mobile phone has been connected to too many Bluetooth devices, there is a logical confusion, which can cause the reconnection to fail. At this time, you can clear the Bluetooth connection records of the mobile phone and then connect. If it still cannot be reconnected, you can reset the speaker and try again;
5. Most Android phones can reconnect automatically, however, the iOS phones can not be able to reconnect. You need to click the device name in the Bluetooth list to connect. If you are using an Android phone and cannot reconnect, you can replace another model of an Android phone to test and verify whether this issue only exists on the current phone;
6. If the above methods are not effective, please apply to the local after-sales service center for inspection and repair.
