How to set virtual wall/restricted area for the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S20+?
You can use the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP to set virtual wall/restricted area to prohibit the robot vacuum from entering the area that does not need to be cleaned.

1. Virtual wall: The robot vacuum cannot pass through;
2. Vacuuming & Mopping restricted area: The robot vacuum will not enter this area when sweeping or mopping.
Note:
1. Before using this function, you need to save the map in the APP;
2. Moving the robot vacuum or significant changes in the home environment can cause the original map to become invalid and the virtual wall/restricted area to be lost;
3. If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S20+ frequently enters restricted areas or virtual walls, check the map in the APP. If there are anomalies, delete and remap it;
4. When setting virtual walls or restricted areas, adjust the boundaries according to the home environment and include areas where the robot will get stuck (e.g., sunken steps, furniture bottoms).
