1. Check if the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP is the latest version, update it to the latest version, restart the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP and try again;
2. Please make sure the router is powered on and connected to the network, or try restarting the router;
3. Check if the distance between the feeder and the router is too far, try moving closer to the router;
4. If you have changed the Wi-Fi name or password, please rebind the feeder;
5. There is about 5 seconds of delay, you need to refresh the plug-in interface within the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP or view the feeder later on.
After the network is disconnected, the feeder will not have internet supply, and the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP will display the feeder as offline, unable to perform any operations through the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP. It supports automatically implementing the previously set "automatic feeding plan" (needs to be set in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP), and can also be done manually. Press the dispense button to control the feeding of the food.
