For your reference, you can take the following methods to troubleshoot:
1. Check and confirm that the version of the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP is the latest;
2. Confirm that you are using an Android phone and the Wi-Fi is turned on;
3. In the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP, select [Profile] >> [Settings] >> [Region] >> you can modify the country or region where the Xiaomi Smart Doorbell 3S can be used;
4. Check whether the doorbell has been bound by others. The doorbell can only be actively bound by one account;
5. Confirm that the location permission of the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP has not been closed. Manually closing the application location permission will prevent automatic device discovery;
6. Ensure that the distance between the mobile phone and the device is close enough, and there is no strong interference in the surrounding network environment;
7. Confirm that the doorbell is in the state to be bound (The doorbell continues to broadcast the sound of beep after resetting).

iOS phones do not support automatic search for nearby devices.
