If the watch screen is off and lifting the wrist or pressing the power button does not light up the screen, please try the following steps:
1. Connect the watch to the charging dock to ensure the battery is adequately charged. A low battery will cause the screen not to light up;
2. Check the software version. Ensure it is the latest version;
3. Press and hold the power button for 12 seconds to force a restart of the watch.
