What to do if the data measured by the Xiaomi Body Composition Scale S400 is wrong?
Please check and confirm the following points:
1. Check whether the gender, birthday, and height information is filled in correctly in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
2. Please ensure the scale is on a hard and flat floor. Do not place it against the wall to ensure the foot of the scale is free of foreign objects and is not in the brick seam;
3. Please ensure the scale surface is clean and free from metal foreign or water stains;
4. When measuring, please stand on the scale surface barefoot, with your feet fully in contact with the electrode sheet. Make your hands naturally droop, and maintain the correct measuring posture;
5. Stand upright and steady without shaking your body or feet when measuring. Bending over, kneeling or leaving your feet will result in inaccurate measurements;
6. If the weight measurement is not accurate after moving the scale body, please put the scale in place and step on the bright scale. When the scale shows 0.0kg, the scale can be used to measure the weight normally;
7. It is suggested to measure at the same time and under the same conditions every day to observe the changing trend of these data more accurately.
