Why does the volume of one earbud of the Xiaomi Buds 5 become smaller after using them for a while?
The troubleshooting methods are as follows:
1. Please use the Xiaomi Earbuds APP to confirm whether both earbuds are connected to Bluetooth;
2. It is recommended to check whether there is dirt blocking the speaker hole. You can use a brush to clean the speaker hole (as shown below) and then confirm whether the volume of the earbuds has returned to normal;
3. The earbuds support dimensional audio and head tracking. Please confirm that the Immersive sound function is turned off.
