1. Please use the dedicated FAT32 format high-speed memory card for the vehicle dash cam or camera produced by the regular manufacturer;
2. Make sure that a compatible memory card is installed in the camera. Without a memory card, video recordings cannot be stored, and historical videos cannot be viewed;
3. If the memory card cannot be formatted in the APP, you can format the memory card on your computer through a card reader. After completing the formatting, disconnect the camera from power and reinstall the memory card.
Note:
After formatting, the files in the memory card will be deleted.
