Why does the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 not receive App notifications for a period of time after pairing with an Android phone?

Please confirm whether the Mi Fitness APP has enough permissions to run in the background. The steps are as follows:
1. When you pair the band for the first time, please follow the APP instructions to enable background permissions;
2. After pairing, you can go to [Mi Fitness] APP >> [Device] >> [Background permissions], and set it according to the APP instructions.
