What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Camera C300 cannot connect to the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP?

To connect to the APP, please refer to the following steps:
1. Restart the router and move the camera closer to it;
2. Check whether the phone's Wi-Fi network functions normally and use the phone's hotspot to test the connection;
3. Check if the selected region in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP is the same as the country where the product was purchased by going to the [Mi Home/Xiaomi Home] APP >> [Profile] >> [Settings] >> [Region];
4. Check if the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP has been updated to the latest version by going to the [Mi Home/Xiaomi Home] APP >> [Profile] >> [Settings] >> [Current version];
5. Reset the device and try connecting again.
Note:
When entering the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP, the device that is willing to be connected will pop up automatically, or tap the [+] icon to select [Nearby devices] for scanning.
