The Xiaomi Smart Band 9 supports 159 sports modes, the information is as follows:
1. The sports list displays 8 common sports and the More option by default. The eight common sports are Outdoor running, Walking, Freestyle, Hiking, Outdoor cycling, Treadmill, Jump rope, and Pool swimming;
2. It supports 15 professional sports and 144 extended sports.
Take outdoor running as an example: operate in the band
1. On the band, scroll up the home screen to the features menu. Scroll down and tap [Workout];
2. Select [Outdoor running] on the interface, it will prompt positioning. If positioning fails, the running trajectory cannot be recorded;
3. Tap [Go] to start the countdown, and then start recording data after 3, 2, 1.
It will show the [Pause] and [End] icons when you swipe right on the sports interface of the Smart Band. Tapping the [Pause] icon at the top will pause the exercise; tap and hold the [End] icon will finish the exercise. Swiping left allows you to control music playback on your phone while exercising.
After the exercise, you can immediately view a summary of the workout data on the Smart Band. You can also access historical workout records in the exercise log on the Band.
After finishing the exercise and syncing the data with the Mi Fitness APP, you can view all historical workout data in the exercise records on the APP’s homepage. By tapping on a specific workout entry, you can check the detailed exercise data, such as heart rate charts during the workout.
Indoor exercise supports screen casting of workout data.
