Does the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ automatically lift the mop when encountering carpets? When does it lift?
The mop holder of the robot vacuum supports auto lifting. If carpet settings have not been set, the robot vacuum will not lift the mop when encountering carpets. You need to add carpet areas in the Mi Home APP.
To enable this feature please refer to the following steps:
Go to the [Mi Home] APP >> [Settings] >> [Carpet Editing] >> set carpet cleaning preferences as needed.
The robot vacuum lifts the mop during fast mapping, repositioning, returning to the Omni station, navigating to mop locations, and escaping from tight spots.
