2. Confirm you are using the Zepp Life App and that it is version 3.26 or higher;
3. Grant the Zepp Life App all permissions (such as Bluetooth, location, and network), clear the app cache, and try again;
4. Restart your device and reset the connection;
5. Restart your Xiaomi Body Composition Scale. Remove the battery, reinstall it, and try updating the firmware again;
6. Restart your phone's Bluetooth. Turn it off and back on again, and ensure the phone is within 1 meter of the scale;
7. The scale's battery must be at least 50% charged and placed on a charger or a flat, hard surface during the update.
