Solution:
If your Mi TV or Mi Box detects a new version but cannot be upgraded, please follow these steps:
1. Check whether you have rooted Mi TV or Mi Box, if you have rooted the system, the upgrade may fail, please cancel ROOT and then try to upgrade.
2. If you have been stuck at 0% and cannot download the update package, it is suggested to change the network DNS.
3. If you are stuck between about 60%-80% in the upgrade system, it is suggested to restart your Mi TV or box.
