How to do if Mi box appears crash in system upgrade process and black screen after upgrade？
Solution:
Crash in the upgrade process: if the user occur the crash in the 70%, generally caused by the network instability, it is recommended to change to a conditional wired connection.
1. If the machine crashes during installation, follow the following steps:
Step 1. Restart the box and upgrade it again to see if it can be restored.
Step 2. Please press the button on the interface to restore factory Settings and try to upgrade again.
Step 3. If step 2 is invalid, please enter the recovery switch system of MI box and try to upgrade. If the above steps cannot be solved, it is suggested to apply for after-sales treatment.

2. The machine crashed and could not be started after the update:
Step 1. Power off the box and check whether it will be started normally after replugging;
Step 2. Check whether the indicator light is on or not. If it is not on, it will be dealt with after sales.
Step 3. If the indicator light is on, but there is no screen display or card in the startup interface, please enter the recovery mode to clear all the data and restart to the latest system attempt. If the data is invalid, it is suggested to apply for after-sales treatment.
