Xiaomi Customer Facing Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the redemption and use of the JioHotstar offer (“Offer”) made available to eligible customers purchasing select Xiaomi devices (“Eligible Device”). By participating in or redeeming the Offer, you agree to these Terms.

1.    Offer Eligibility

1. The Offer is available only to customers who have purchased an Eligible Device during the applicable Offer Period, as communicated by Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”).

2. The Offer may be availed irrespective of the channel through which the Eligible Device was purchased, subject to successful verification of the device eligibility.

3. Eligibility for the Offer will be determined based on the IMEI/serial number of the Eligible Device and such other validation criteria as may be applicable.

4. The Offer will become available only after completion of 7 (seven) days from the date on which the Eligible Device is first switched on and connected to the internet.

5. The Offer shall be redeemed as per the redemption process set out hereinbelow within 20 (Twenty) days of purchase of the Eligible Device.

6. The offer is applicable for users who have purchased the following devices

   • Redmi Note 17 series

   • All TVs 43" and above

   • Redmi Pad 2 and Redmi Pad 2 Pro

7. The offer is not applicable for users who have an existing super membership

2.      Offer Period: 20th October, 2026 to 30th November, 2026

3.      How to Redeem the Offer

1. Visit the designated Offer redemption page on mi.com and scan the QR code displayed on the page.

2. You will be redirected to Xiaomi’s official WhatsApp bot.

3. Enter the IMEI/serial number of your Eligible Device when prompted.

4. Xiaomi will validate the IMEI/serial number to determine your eligibility for the Offer.

5. Upon successful validation, a JioHotstar redemption link will be shared with you through the WhatsApp bot.

6. You will thereafter be redirected to JioHotstar’s platform to avail the Offer.

7. Redemption of the offer on JioHotstar’s platform will be subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by JioHotstar.

4.      Coupon and JioHotstar Services

1. Xiaomi’s role in relation to the Offer is limited to verifying the eligibility of the Eligible Device and facilitating the issuance/delivery of the Coupon or redemption link to eligible customers.

2. The Coupon, its redemption, validity, benefits, availability and the services offered pursuant to the Coupon are provided and/or managed by JioHotstar.

3. Any issues relating to the Coupon, including non-redemption, redemption errors, validity, restaurant availability, booking, cancellation, benefits or services offered through JioHotstar, must be raised directly with JioHotstar through its applicable customer support channels.

4. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Xiaomi and mi.com shall not be responsible or liable for any Coupon-related or JioHotstar service-related issues, including the availability, quality, fulfilment or delivery of services offered by JioHotstar or participating restaurants.

5.      General Terms

2. The Offer shall only be applicable for non-subscribers of JioHotstar. Users who already have an existing JioHotstar subscription will not be eligible for this Offer. Offer can be redeemed only once per phone number

3.     Auto-pay is mandatory to avail of the offer. Upon expiry of the trial period, the subscription shall automatically renew at the applicable full subscription price unless the subscriber cancels the auto-pay mandate prior to renewal.

4. The Offer/Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit unless expressly permitted by JioHotstar.

5. Each Eligible Device/IMEI/serial number may be entitled to the Offer only once, unless otherwise expressly communicated by Xiaomi.

6. Xiaomi reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any customer and/or device before facilitating the Offer and may reject a redemption request where the IMEI or other information provided is invalid, incomplete, duplicated, or does not satisfy the eligibility criteria.

7. Xiaomi shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in redemption arising due to incorrect information provided by the customer, internet/network connectivity issues, WhatsApp-related issues, JioHotstar platform issues, or circumstances beyond Xiaomi’s reasonable control.

8. Xiaomi reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Offer or these Terms, subject to applicable law. Any changes will be communicated through mi.com or other appropriate channels.

9. Nothing contained in these Terms shall exclude or restrict any rights available to customers under applicable law.

10. Any personal information collected by Xiaomi for validation and facilitation of the Offer will be processed in accordance with Xiaomi’s applicable privacy policy and applicable law.

11. The Offer is subject to applicable laws of India. Any disputes relating to the Offer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
