Terms & Conditions

• The offer is valid only for new EazyDiner users, so users need to register on EazyDiner. Existing users will not be eligible for the Offer.

• EazyDiner Prime membership cannot be refunded or claimed in cash.

• The EazyDiner Prime membership discount deal can be clearly identified on the restaurant screen. All restaurants with Prime deals will have a minimum of 25% discount as specified in the deal. This is a restaurant discount and will be applied by the restaurant on your applicable bill amount. Please check your dining bill for the same when you receive the bill from the restaurant.

• Not all restaurants bookable on EazyDiner will have Prime deals or are available for payments on PayEazy. 25% of Prime discounts are not available at non-Prime restaurants. All restaurants are tagged accordingly as Prime, PayEazy or both on the EazyDiner App.

• Prime Membership would be applicable only on select restaurants, similarly payments using PayEazy can also be made at select restaurants only. 25% guaranteed discount would be applicable at Prime enabled restaurants. 

• All 1+1 deals as part of the Prime Membership are valid when a minimum of 2 guests are dining. Example - In case of 3 guests, 2 guests will be charged, and 1 guest will eat for free; in case of 5 guests, 3 guests will be charged, and 2 guests will eat for free.

• The restaurants and the offers are dynamic as we constantly improve the product, hence the offers at restaurants may change without any prior notice.

• The restaurants will be communicated about the booking details along with applicable deals. Please inform the restaurant about your reservation through EazyDiner upon your arrival and show the booking message along with a deal to have a hassle-free experience.

• EazyDiner shall not be liable for the experience at the partner restaurant as we only assist in fulfilling the reservations with the special offers.

• EazyDiner shall not be liable if any restaurant is temporarily or permanently shut. In case of any concerns, please call the EazyDiner VIP concierge line at +917861004400.

• The team at EazyDiner will make its best efforts to resolve an extreme situation if the restaurant denies the promised discount or refuses to accept payment on the app. In case such an event occurs, please report it immediately during the dining time to the EazyDiner concierge at 7861004400. EazyDiner will not be responsible for cases reported post the dining time.

Xiaomi Customer Facing Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the redemption and use of the EazyDiner offer (“Offer”) made available to eligible customers purchasing select Xiaomi smartphones (“Eligible Device”). By participating in or redeeming the Offer, you agree to these Terms.

1.    Offer Eligibility

1. The Offer is available only to customers who have purchased an Eligible Device during the applicable Offer Period, as communicated by Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”).

2. The Offer may be availed irrespective of the channel through which the Eligible Device was purchased, subject to successful verification of the device eligibility.

3. Eligibility for the Offer will be determined based on the IMEI number of the Eligible Device and such other validation criteria as may be applicable.

4. The Offer will become available only after completion of 7 (seven) days from the date on which the Eligible Device is first switched on and connected to the internet.

5. The Offer shall be redeemed as per the redemption process set out hereinbelow within 30 (thirty) days of purchase of the Eligible Device.

6. The eligible devices are: Redmi Note 17 5G, Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 17 Pro Max 5G

3.      How to Redeem the Offer

1. Visit the designated Offer redemption page on mi.com and scan the QR code displayed on the page.

2. You will be redirected to Xiaomi’s official WhatsApp bot.

3. Enter the IMEI number of your Eligible Device when prompted.

4. Xiaomi will validate the IMEI number to determine your eligibility for the Offer.

5. Upon successful validation, an EazyDiner redemption link and/or coupon/code (“Coupon”) will be shared with you through the WhatsApp bot.

6. You will thereafter be redirected to EazyDiner’s platform to redeem the Coupon and avail the Offer.

7. Redemption and use of the Coupon on EazyDiner’s platform will be subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by EazyDiner.

4.      Coupon and EazyDiner Services

1. Xiaomi’s role in relation to the Offer is limited to verifying the eligibility of the Eligible Device and facilitating the issuance/delivery of the Coupon or redemption link to eligible customers.

2. The Coupon, its redemption, validity, benefits, availability and the services offered pursuant to the Coupon are provided and/or managed by EazyDiner.

3. Any issues relating to the Coupon, including non-redemption, redemption errors, validity, restaurant availability, booking, cancellation, benefits or services offered through EazyDiner, must be raised directly with EazyDiner through its applicable customer support channels.

4. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Xiaomi and mi.com shall not be responsible or liable for any Coupon-related or EazyDiner service-related issues, including the availability, quality, fulfilment or delivery of services offered by EazyDiner or participating restaurants.

5.      General Terms

1. The Offer is subject to availability and may be availed only in accordance with these Terms and the applicable terms and conditions of EazyDiner.

2. The Offer shall only be applicable for new users of EazyDiner. Users who already have an existing EazyDiner account will not be eligible for this Offer.

3. The Offer/Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit unless expressly permitted by EazyDiner.

4. Each Eligible Device/IMEI may be entitled to the Offer only once, unless otherwise expressly communicated by Xiaomi.

5. Xiaomi reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any customer and/or device before facilitating the Offer and may reject a redemption request where the IMEI or other information provided is invalid, incomplete, duplicated, or does not satisfy the eligibility criteria.

6. Xiaomi shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in redemption arising due to incorrect information provided by the customer, internet/network connectivity issues, WhatsApp-related issues, EazyDiner platform issues, or circumstances beyond Xiaomi’s reasonable control.

7. Xiaomi reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Offer or these Terms, subject to applicable law. Any changes will be communicated through mi.com or other appropriate channels.

8. Nothing contained in these Terms shall exclude or restrict any rights available to customers under applicable law.

9. Any personal information collected by Xiaomi for validation and facilitation of the Offer will be processed in accordance with Xiaomi’s applicable privacy policy and applicable law.

10. The Offer is subject to applicable laws of India. Any disputes relating to the Offer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
