1. This Note Mode On program (“Program”) is brought to you by Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi” or “we” or “our”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before providing participating in the Program. You agree that, by taking part and participating in this Program, and you will be bound by these T&Cs.

2. The Program is available on the Mi Store mobile application on smartphones and the website/mobile website www.mi.com./in (collectively “Platform”).

6. play the Note Mode On game (“Game”) and complete all three (3);

7. have a valid Mi id on the Platform

8. possess Proof of age, identity and place of residence.

9. You can participate only once in this Program during the Program Period

(collectively the “Eligibility Criteria”).

You acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Eligibility Criteria as set out above.

4. Program Period: The Program will be held from 13:00 hours on 6th January, 2026 to 11:59:59 hours on 12th January, 2026.

5. To participate in the program, you must play the Game available on the Platform and complete all three (3) levels successfully.

6. By playing the Game, you will be deemed to have entered and become eligible to participate in the Program, subject to compliance with these T&Cs.

7. Game: To participate you must enter the page where the Game is available. The game consists of three primary interactive modules as follows:

• Task 1 (Brightness Challenge): You will be presented with a "glary" screen. You must perform a "swipe up" gesture to simulate 3200 nits brightness. Once the visibility is clear, you must answer a multiple-choice question correctly about a hidden object (e.g., "What color was the hot air balloon?") to proceed to the next task.

• Task 2 (Durability Info): An interactive screen demonstrating IP66 dust and water resistance. You must acknowledge and receive a call in the Game to finish.

• Task 3 (Zoom Challenge): You will have to view a high-resolution 108MP image and interact with the image (pinch-to-zoom) to find a specific detail (e.g., the name of an Art Gallery) that will be prompted to you at the time of you playing the Game.

Upon successful completion of all three (3) levels/tasks, you will be deemed a ‘Winner’ (each a “Winner”) and be directed to a ‘Congratulations Page’.

8. Each Winner shall receive a Coupon which can be redeemed on the Platform (each a “Coupon”). The Coupons shall be valid till the Redemption period. The Participant may redeem the Coupon on the Platform subject to the terms and conditions specified on each Coupon only against the purchase of the Redmi Note 15. Each Winner stands a chance to win any one (1) of the following Coupons selected at random:

9. The Coupon shall be redeemable until the 31 January, 2026 (“Redemption Period”). No redemption requests will be entertained after the expiry of the Redemption Period. You will not be able to do any form of part redemption of the Coupons.

10. If the Coupon is not redeemed within the Redemption Period, the Coupon will expire and will be considered as forfeited by the participant. Xiaomi shall not be responsible or be required to provide an additional opportunity to redeem the Coupon in the event the participant fails to redeem the Coupon within the Redemption Period. The decision of Xiaomi regarding the value of the Coupons in the Program shall be final and binding on all participants.

11. The participant shall be solely liable for any tax implications arising out of the Coupon redemption and subsequent purchase, if any.

12. Xiaomi shall stand fully absolved of its obligations to you upon providing the Coupon to you and shall not thereafter be liable in any manner to you and/or your representative in relation to the Program.

13. The Coupons are not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances. The Coupons cannot be clubbed together as well. The Coupons shall be awarded solely for the Participants’ personal and non-commercial use and for specific products and its variants.

14. Xiaomi reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel any T&Cs herein, or modify, terminate or withdraw the Program at any time during the Program Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof.

15. Xiaomi retains the right to contact the participants any time after the expiry of the Program.

16. This Program shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes with respect to this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

XIAOMI DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WILL XIAOMI OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR CONTRACTORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM, UNDER TORT, COMMON LAW OR UNDER PUBLIC POLICY, EVEN IF SUCH PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
