RULES:

Feedback time window:

Initial feedback: Within 180 days after the items in orders are successfully delivered, users can comment on the items in the orders once (each item can only be commented on once)

Feedback submission:

• Initial comment: My order > Review > To be reviewed

• Required fields: rating and feedback details

• Feedback details: no less than 15 characters

• Users can upload up to 5 photos

• Photo details: it is recommended to mainly upload photos relevant to the items, and to avoid showing faces or exposed body parts, otherwise photos may not pass the review
  

Comment deletion:

My order > Review > Reviewed

Select comments and click delete. Once the deletion is confirmed, it cannot be undone.

Once comments have been successfully submitted, they cannot be changed. They can only be deleted in the commented item list.
