Offer Period: Prebooking opens immediately. Purchase window is open from 3rd February 2026 to 15th February 2026 (12:00 PM IST).

  1. The Offer Overview

By participating in the Redmi Note 15 Pro Prebooking Program ("Offer"), customers are eligible for a specialized warranty benefit worth ₹2,499 (value subject to change based on final MRP) upon the successful purchase and activation of the device.

The Benefit:

  • Free 1-Year Screen Replacement Warranty: Protects your device against accidental screen damage for 12 months from the date of activation.

  1. Eligibility & Prebooking Process

To be eligible for the Offer, the customer must complete the following steps:

  1. Prebook: Pay a token amount of ₹1,999 on mi.com or the Mi Store App to reserve your Redmi Note 15 Pro.

  2. Payment Mode: Prebooking payments must be made via prepaid instruments (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for the prebooking transaction.

  3. Variant Selection: The specific color and storage variant of the Redmi Note 15 Pro will be selected during the final prebooking payment window.

  1. Balance Payment & Purchase Window

  • Redemption Window: The window to pay the remaining balance opens on 3rd February 2026 and closes on 15th February 2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon) IST.

  • Completing the Order: Customers must log in to their account, visit the "My Orders" section or the Prebooking page, select their preferred variant of the Redmi Note 15 Pro, and pay the balance amount (Device Price minus ₹1,999).

  1. Fulfillment of Benefits

Once the full payment is made and the order is successfully delivered:

  • Activation: The 1-Year Screen Replacement Warranty will be automatically activated against the IMEI of the purchased device.

  • Start Date: The coverage begins automatically once the user inserts a SIM card and activates the phone.

  • Coverage Details: This benefit covers two (2) screen replacements for accidental damage within 1 year from the date of activation. Labor and spare part costs for the screen are covered under this offer.

  1. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand plans change. Here is how cancellations work for this Offer:

  • Voluntary Cancellation: Users can choose to cancel their prebooking at any time before the final purchase. The prebooking amount of ₹1,999 will be refunded to the original source of payment.

  • Automatic Cancellation: If the balance payment is not completed by 15th February 2026, 12:00 PM, the prebooking order will be automatically cancelled.

  • Refund Processing: In case of automatic cancellation or missed deadline, the prebooking amount (₹1,999) will be auto-credited to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

  1. General Terms

  • This Offer is valid only for customers in India.

  • The Screen Replacement benefit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is valid only for the device IMEI against which the prebooking was made.

  • Xiaomi India reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

  • In case of any fraudulent activity or misuse of the Offer, Xiaomi India reserves the right to disqualify the customer and cancel the order.

  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
